Colt Automatic Pistol Lightweight Commander Model .45 ACP. Here is an all original Lightweight Commander 1911. 4 1/4" barrel, Steel slide and alloy frame makes it only 26.5 ounces. Overall length is 7 7/8". 70 Series. 7 round capacity. Comes with original box and manual, US Holster and magazine pouch, one magazine. The box is worn but restore able. This Colt was purchased in 1951 by US Lieutenant Colonel and carried during the Korean War. The pistol is in perfect firing condition. It would make an excellant addition to any 1911 collection.
