Colt Defender 9mm

The Colt Defender O7002D is a compact 1911-style single-action pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 3 in barrel. It pairs a brushed stainless slide with a lightweight aluminum-alloy frame and ships with Novak low-mount carry sights with dots. Built on a shortened 1911 platform for concealed carry, the Defender uses an upswept beavertail grip safety and a manual thumb safety and accepts single-stack magazines with an 8+1 capacity. The pistol is aimed at personal defense and everyday carry while retaining the ergonomics and controls of a traditional 1911.
