This is a vintage Colt Ace that was produced in the first year of production in 1931 and has matching numbers on the frame and slide.  It is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in .22 Long Rifle. Originally designed to mimic the feel and operation of the 1911 in a more economical rimfire caliber, the Colt Ace is ideal for training and target shooting. This specific example appears to be in used but good condition, with original blued finish, clear markings, and an excellent bore. The pistol is highly collectible, particularly sought after by Colt and 1911 enthusiasts. A great addition to any collection or target shooting lineup.
