Colt’s limited-edition 1911 Government (O1911SE-A1) is a Series 70 style, full-size 1911 offered in a blued finish with a 5-inch barrel. The factory configuration includes Novak low-mount rear sight and a prominent brass-style front bead sight for a traditional sight picture.
The pistol ships with double-diamond checkered rosewood-style grips, an upswept beavertail grip safety and a manual thumb safety. The Limited Edition build adds front-strap checkering and other shooter-oriented touches while retaining the classic Government-model 1911 profile and features.
