Colt Model 1908 Pocket ACP (.380) cal. "U.S. Property"

Model 1908 Pocket ACP cal.- this Colt is a "U.S. Property" and presumed to be a "General Officers Pistol" Serial# 137422. We purchased this item from the grandson of Brigadier General T.J. Tully along with signed and inscribed photos to Tully from Dwight Eisenhower while Tully was a colonel, and from Omar N. Bradley after he(Tully)was promoted to note that we have fully pictured the photos in order to establish authenticity, but they are not being offerd for sale as part of this auction. Although we do not have military documentation to confirm the guns' origins, and therefore cannot offer our 100% guarantee, we have every confidence that it was indeed General Tully's gun. The gun is 90% +/- with minor surface pitting along top of slide as pictured. This gun is complete with original box (in poor condition), paperwork, and two additional magazines in original brown wrapping.
