Colt Delta Elite, First Edition Custom 10/.40

This Custom Government Model First Edition Delta Elite Stainless three barrel set, is in approximately 99% condition. It was gifted to me by Davis Love III, the golfer, about five years ago. Not being able to leave well enough alone, I immediately sent it to Bob Cogan(Cogan's Custom Shop/Accurate Plating and Weaponry)and had him customize it. Cogan fitted a Briley barrel in .40 S&W to the slide, installed a Dawson adjustable low-mount rear sight and a Millet tritium front(now dim), a McCormick ambidextrous thumb safety, STI beaver-tail grip safety, slide release, light-weight match trigger, light-weight firing pin, Pachmayr grips and re-finished the gun in his BEAUTIFUL brushed industrial hard-chrome finish. All of the original parts are included with the gun, as is a compensated match barrel in 10mm. The comp barrel was on the pistol when I received it, but I never fired it. The original barrel is now on the pistol. The original grips are included, but will not fit with the ambi-safety. Also, included are (3) Colt Delta mags, one finished to match to pistol, (1) Kimber 10mm mag, and (1) Wilson Combat 10mm, along with (2)Colt .40 mags and (1)Mec-Gar .40 mag. Eight mags, total. Sorry, no factory box is available for the pistol. This Colt is very accurate. Two years ago I shot a doe in the head, free-hand, at a lasered 108 yards! Mostly, the pistol is a safe queen. I've maybe fired a hundred rounds through the 10mm barrel and only three mags of .40 to check function. It's a super package!
