Clark custom 1911 .45 ACP. Based on a Colt Series 70 serial 04787G70, this highly refined combat pistol features a Meltdown treatment, 5-inch barrel, fixed sights (actually night sights that have dimmed), scalloped Commander-style hammer, checkered front strap and mainspring housing, ambidextrous thumb safety, bumped beavertail grip safety and thin rosewood grips with double diamond flattop checkering. The bore is strong and bright. Metal finish is approximately 98 percent, with just modest indications of handling and use. Two magazines are included. The price is firm and layaway is available.
