Manufacturer Description
The CZ 75 BD is the decocker variant of the CZ 75 B family, offering a traditional all-steel DA/SA service pistol design with a left-side decocking lever for safe hammer-down carry. It is positioned by the manufacturer as a defensive/duty pistol with classic CZ ergonomics.
Chambered in 9mm Luger, the BD configuration for the U.S. market (SKU 01130 / UPC 806703011301) is the low-capacity version rated at 10+1 rounds. Factory specifications list a 4.6 in barrel, fixed sights, a polycoat corrosion-resistant finish on steel frame/slide/barrel, and black polymer (plastic) grips. Empty weight is listed at 35.3 oz.
The pistol uses a precise DA/SA trigger setup and is finished in black polycoat with fixed sights. The decocking lever allows the hammer to be safely lowered on a loaded chamber for a hammer-down carry condition.
