Ray adapted the engraving design from his winning entry to our Colt 1911 The 50th Anniversary Colt is a Royal Blue Full Sized Government, Series 70 in .45 acp Ray Armand’s eleborate variation on black leaf scroll work design is precisely reproduced in a deep etch covering the full slide. The intricate design continues over the top of the slide. Scroll elements of the design appear on the polished frame. The controlls are polished and royal blue.
