The B22 Jaguar Metal Competition is a ground-up American-designed rimfire pistol built for one purpose: winning. Six years in development through a direct collaboration between Beretta, the Scholastic Action Shooting Program (SASP), and Tandemkross, it's the first .22 LR pistol purpose-engineered alongside the largest youth competitive shooting program in the world, and the result is a factory racegun ready to run the moment you open the box.
Unlike the wave of slide-operated rimfire pistols that mimic centerfire handguns, the B22 Jaguar returns to the fundamentals that make a .22 semi-auto reliable: a fixed barrel and an optimized grip angle for consistent rimfire feeding. Beretta held the platform to centerfire-level reliability specs, because in Steel Challenge or Metal Madness, a stage lost to a malfunction is unacceptable.
The Tandemkross Steam Demon single-port compensator and Accelerator Thumb Ledge gas pedal work together to flatten the muzzle and accelerate split times, keeping the front sight on steel through strings that demand speed. The adjustable Tandemkross semi-flat-faced trigger, with both pre- and post-travel adjustment, delivers a crisp, tunable break that holds up across high-volume training sessions.
A full-length 1913 Picatinny top rail handles optics, and the threaded 5.25" barrel is suppressor-ready out of the box.
The two-tone gray and brown finish sets it apart visually, while the aluminum frame keeps weight where it needs to be at 36.4 oz.
Three interchangeable grip panel sizes allow true hand-fit customization, dual side ejection ports make it fully ambidextrous, and the tool-free disassembly system, a Tandemkross design touch, means fast, reliable field stripping without fumbling for a punch.
Ships with two 15-round magazines and a barrel thread protector. 10-round magazines available for restricted states.
