1969 Colt Mark IV Series 70 Gold Cup National Match .45 ACP Pistol

This is a 1969 manufactured M1911 designed by john browning - a Colt Mark IV Model Series 70 Gold Cup National Match semi-auto pistol. The 1911 is chambered in .45 ACP with a mounted Burris fast fire 3 MOA Sight w/ a picatinny mount on a Clark custom 1911 rail w/ bushing. The gold cup features a 5" barrel with clean sharp rifling inside, beavertail grip safety, skeletonized hammer, slide racker and a skeletonized adjustable trigger that breaks a hair under 3.5 lbs. The colt has the classic Billboard style "Colt's MK IV/ Series 70 gold Cup National Match .45 automatic Caliber" along with engraved horse. Following on the right you have "Gold Cup National Match" with a trophy engraving and the serial no. following below (35743-NM). The pistol is in good shape for its age with high polished barrel with smooth grooves and sharp rifling. The slide has a black/blued finish with wear throughout its working surfaces with no signs of corrosion or pitting, frame has a black stainless steel finish with appreciable wear on working surfaces and minor surface dents. please view pictures for more clarity.
