The Ruger Redhawk is an all-stainless steel, double-action revolver built for powerful magnum cartridges. The 4.20in half-lug barrel and cold-hammer-forged sleeve deliver durability and consistent accuracy while the solid, sideplate-free stainless frame and triple-locking cylinder provide positive alignment and strength for high-pressure loads. The 4.20in Redhawk ships with a pinned ramp front sight and an adjustable rear sight and is fitted with a Hogue® monogrip to reduce perceived recoil. A transfer-bar safety mechanism and Ruger’s single-spring trigger design are incorporated for secure, reliable operation. The 4.20in configuration has an overall length of 9.50in and a factory weight of 47 oz.
