Seller Description
Colt M1877 "Lightning" 38 caliber double action revolver. Serial number 92984, made in 1893. 4-1/2" barrel model, made with extractor, which is missing. Retains some original nickel finish, mixing with light gray cleaned surfaces and light pitting. Hard rubber grips are good, showing average wear and use overall with some handling marks and scratches. Almost functions mechanically, but cylinder stop is weak and cylinder rotates backward. Sold as a collector item only, not warranted safe to shoot.
