The Taurus Raging Hunter .454 Casull is a large-frame, five-shot hunting revolver built with an alloy-steel frame and a sleeved stainless barrel housed inside an angular shroud. The 8.37-inch (8-3/8") barrel version ships with factory-tuned porting and a gas-expansion chamber to reduce muzzle rise. The revolver features a full-length Picatinny rail for optics mounting and a fully adjustable rear sight with a fixed front sight.
The Raging Hunter is a spurred-hammer DA/SA revolver with ergonomic finger-groove grips that include cushioned inserts for improved recoil management. Finish options include matte black (black barrels/cylinders with matte-black frames) and two-tone; the 8.37" .454 Casull model listed is matte black oxide.
