The Taurus 44 (M44) is a medium-frame, 6-shot double-action/single-action revolver chambered in .44 Magnum. The model shown is the 4.00 in. barrel stainless version finished in matte stainless with factory rubber grips and a factory-ported, ribbed barrel.
Factory specifications include a 4.00 in. ported barrel, fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight, spurred hammer and a 6-round cylinder. The revolver has an overall length of 9.37 in. and a factory weight of 45.00 oz for the 4.00 in. configuration.
