Photo shows two specimens of Taurus Factory Magazines to fit Taurus’s Sig-Influenced PT911 pistols introduced in 2002, and their PT915 introduced in 2004. They also work in the PT92C Compact pistol produced in the 1980s and 1990s. These magazines are for those three pistols and no others. Taurus Pistols have their model numbers on the left side of the slide, it’s easy to find. These will not fit a Sig 226, or a Beretta 92, or even a Taurus 92 or 99 Full Size. They are too short for the full size 92s and 99s. They will not fit the ignition switch of a Ford 5610 tractor. They will only fit Taurus models PT911, PT915, and PT92C chambered in 9mm caliber. These are what we call take-outs, manufactured prior to September of 2004 when a certain notorious Federal Statute sunset. We sold their parent pistols outside the State of California, so we subbed standard magazines for them at the time. The only time these magazines were fired was test firing at the Taurus plant in Miami. Surface detractions are negligible, only faint amounts of insertion and ejection whitening on their edges from handling in the show case. Manufacturer is Forjas Taurus of Porto Alegre, Brazil. Importer is Taurus International of Miami. Construction is bright blue steel bodies with black hard polymer floorplates and OSHA orange cartridge followers. Each magazine holds 10 rounds of 9mm Luger caliber ammunition: 9x19, 9mm Parabellum, call it what you will, The 9mm.
