Here are Steyr Factory magazines for L and M series Steyr Pistols chambered in .40 S&W or .357 Sig caliber, including models M 40 A 1 or MA-1. They will fit S series compacts, but will protrude from the shorter grip frame of the smaller pistol. These are exact fits for standard size Steyr .40 Pistols whose height measures exactly 5 1/4 inches on a perpendicular between the lowest point of an in-battery magazine and the top of the rear sight. Manufacturer is Mec Gar s.r.l. of Gussago , Italy. These are factory Steyr magazines, each marked with the Steyr logo and the word Austria on its front side.
