Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 Revolver serial #S330961, 357 Magnum, 8 3/8" pinned barrel with an excellent bore. This 1969 made revolver remains in fine condition with about 99% original blue finish remaining exhibiting a light turn ring on the recessed cylinder and few other minor handling marks. The .500" target hammer and .500" target trigger display robust case-hardened colors with light operational wear, mostly on the trigger. The un-numbered diamond checkered walnut factory Magna grips with S&W medallions rate excellent as lightly re-varnished. This beautiful revolver features factory black blade micro adjustable rear sight and Patridge front sight. The revolver includes a mahogany presentation case with blue felt lined interior, cleaning kit, sight adjustment tool (screwdriver) and manual. The case rates about excellent overall. It also includes a factory letter dated February 18, 2009 that indicates this gun was shipped as described above on May 8, 1969 to Sloans Sporting Co. New York City, New York. A beautiful three screw revolver for the collector or shooter.
