Sights are traditional Red Ramp front and adjustable White Outline rear. Trigger is .400 smooth combat MIM case colored, and hammer is traditional serrated .500 Target width, flat face against floating firing pin. All Smith & Wesson Hand Ejector descendants, of course, this one included, are equipped with transfer bar internal safety device, and all standard production models since 2002 have Smith & Wesson’s internal lock with two keys. Action type is traditional single- and double-action revolver, 6 shot cylinder capacity, chambered for .44 S&W Special and .44 Remington Magnum ammunition interchangeably.
