Very Rare, S&W model 66, 6 inch this measures just under, s/s, 357 mag, these guns were the first production of 6 inch 66 before they were released to the public for sale. THERE IS NO DASH, they were specially made for the Rhode Island State police as carry weapons, each gun is stamped with R.I.S.P. with a number on the frame under the cylinder, red ramp insert front sight, blue rear adj sight, pinned bbl, recessed cylinder, lanyard ring connects to frame, Goncalvo Alves wood factory grips, checkering on grips is very sharp, lock up and action like new, very tight, slight drag line, there are a few scratches on the left side, see pictures, there is some wear from a holster, bore is good, see pictures, there are some wear marks from the holster or flash marks but they could be buffed out, lanyard ring, disc in 6 inch in 1999, USED, serial #9K74XXX, RISP164, This item must be transferred to an FFL.
