The Super Redhawk is a heavy-duty, stainless steel double-action revolver built on Ruger’s extended frame with integral scope mounts and a cold hammer-forged barrel. The model features a triple-locking cylinder and is offered with a satin stainless finish and factory Hogue Tamer Monogrip for improved recoil control.
Factory features include a transfer-bar safety, replaceable front sight ramp (non-Alaskan models feature a red ramp insert) and an adjustable rear sight. .44 Rem. Mag. models are dual-chambered to accept factory .44 Special cartridges and are supplied with scope rings for the integral mounts.
This configuration is a six-shot .44 Rem. Mag. revolver with a 7.50in barrel and is intended for large-game hunting and recreational/range use.
