The Ruger Redhawk Model 5059 is an 8-shot stainless-steel double-action revolver chambered for .357 Magnum (also accepts .38 Special). It features a cold hammer-forged sleeve-and-shroud 4.20" barrel finished in satin stainless with hardwood grips and a front sight ramp.
The revolver uses a triple-locking cylinder for positive alignment, a transfer-bar mechanism for drop safety, an adjustable rear sight and a readily replaceable colored front blade sight insert. The cylinder is relieved for full moon clips (three included).
