The Ruger LCR in 9mm Luger is a lightweight, double-action-only compact revolver built on Ruger’s LCR family platform. It features a 1.875 in barrel, 5-round cylinder and is supplied with 9mm moon clips for extraction of rimless cartridges.
The design uses a polymer fire-control housing and a monolithic 400-series stainless steel frame with an extensively fluted, PVD-finished stainless steel cylinder. The factory grip is a Hogue Tamer monogrip and sights are a replaceable pinned ramp front with an integral U-notch rear. The model is offered in a matte black finish and is intended primarily for concealed carry and general recreational/range use.
