Remington 1902 No. 5 Rolling Block Rifle (7x57 Mauser)

Up for sale is a Remington 1902 No.5 Rolling Block Rifle (7x57 Mauser). This old Military rifle has a 30” barrel. It has a bright & shiny bore with no pitting visible. The blueing on the barrel shows very light wear and a few light scratches but is in beautiful condition for a rifle of it's age. Much of the color case hardened finish remains intact on the receiver and trigger guard assy., some of it has worn thin but is still visible to the naked eye. We pulled off the stock and the batch numbers on the left side of the tang below the stock line read “1060 25”. The stocks show the usual dings & scratches but are in generally nice condition with no chips or cracks. This rifle also comes with the bayonet and scabbard which is stamped “Remington Arms Co.
