This Irwindale Arms Backup 380 is identical to the AMT Backup 380, the company just changed hands. It is in approximately 98% overall condition with a clean bore, excellent magazine and the grips are neither chipped nor cracked. This is the single-action version with a grip and thumb safety, not the double-action-only model. These pistols had a spotty reputation for reliability, but this one was my neighbors pistol, and he had zero issues with it feeding and firing, though he didn't shoot it much. He has since picked up a S&W revolver which he now carries. The little Backup is a solid stainless pistol featuring a 2 5/8" barrel, black plastic grip panels, a 6-shot stainless magazine with finger rest, polished slide flats, and it comes with a Bianchi model 100 IWB leather holster-a $59.00 value.
