The Italian made Tangfolio .25 ACP Pistols were some of the best cheap guns ever manufactured. Most of their part-Florida and part-Italian descendants of the 1970s were as well; except for the few made with cast pot metal slides. The pre-1968, all Italian pistols are collectable nowadays. In the absence of a box for a collectable pistol, the next best thing is a period correct holster, and this genuine leather holster comes from Eig Cutlery in Miami, the principal importer of the Tangfolio .25 Autos, later marketed as the F.I.E. E-25 and E-27 pistols, and the Excam GT series, known as Titans and Targas respectively. This holster is in very good condition with only moderate wear and no visible crackling to its leather. The rivets are all in place with nice patina to their female heads and some brown rust residue to the male rivet sides on the reverse. Most important, it is a genuine Eig Cutlery holster, and made in Japan.
