From its exclusive home atop a 91A2 Rifle comes this pristine, original factory German made Heckler & Koch Parkerized Steel Claw Lock Scope mount to fit the 91, 93, and 94 series HK rifles and their descendants. Original rifle, that we have for sale on another listing at press time, was date coded I / J C, manufactured 1982, and we are sure that this mount was bought new with the gun from one of our friendly competitors in nearby Madison County Tennessee. Surface detractions to this mount are minimal, only faint inconspicuous occasional brown toning spots on its original parkerized finish. We classify it as Excellent Condition, but photos ought to suffice for our distinguished shoppers to judge finish grade for themselves. It is certainly excellent mechanically. Its only optical contents were a 1 inch tubed, 40mm Redfield Illuminator; and mind you, that was considered the best scope in 1982, since Leupold was still earning its stripes at that time. The 1 inch polymer insert adapters make this mount capable of holding 1 inch scopes like the Redfield; with them removed, however, it will hold its originally intended 30mm tubed scopes. Ring screws are hex Allen head, and they do not show any undue stress evidence.
