Colt Cobra 1969 2" .38 Special

Up for sale is a beautiful Colt Cobra .38 Special, 1st issue DA/SA 6-shot revolver with a 2" barrel. I purchased this gun new in 1969. This gun is all stock with the original silver medallions and walnut grips. Marked on left side of barrel COBRA 38 Special Ctg. Also on left side of frame is a rampant colt horse. Marked on right side of barrel Colt's PT F.A. Mfg. Co. Hartford, Con. USA. There are some nicks on the base of the wood grip - see pictures. This gun has a very smooth action and the cylinder locks up tight. It has an excellent bore and is very clean inside. It has seen very limited use and have kept it mainly as a home protection weapon. The serial number is 264219LW. I don't have the box or papers. Note: A couple of small scratches on the frame and some nicks on the base of the wood grips. See pics.
