For sale is a Davis Industries single action, derringer in chrome. 2.4" vent rib double chamber barrel. Barrel is chambered for .22LR/.22 Mag. This is a single action firearm that requires owner to activate the hammer before each shot. Derringer pocket pistol is used with minor wear. No box.
LEGAL REQUIREMENTS: Firearm must be transferred and shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in your home state. Signed copy of FFL with premise address can be emailed as a document attachment or sent USPS mail. Copy of sellers FFL will be sent with firearm upon shipment for your records. Buyer is solely responsible for any local and state gun laws regarding ownership.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: USPS money orders, bank certified cashier's check or verified business check. Sorry, no credit cards. Please make checks payable to: North Coast Diversified, LLC. Checks will be held seven (7) days or until they clear. Shipping will be immediate when funds are secured with an email sent to the FFL dealer and/or buyer. Over the counter SC sales will include an 8% state sales tax.

In the purchase agreement, buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against any damages, injury or death caused by a defective product, misuse, accidental operator error or carelessness.
INSPECTION POLICY: One (1) day. Please ask questions prior to purchasing as your satisfaction is important. Additional pictures are available via email upon your request. No return or refund if firearm has been test fired.

$25 UPS insured to the lower 48 states CONUS. Must be shipped to a verified FFL dealer only. Shipping to states outside the lower 48 CONUS will be a lot extra. No sales to CA. We try to ship handguns Monday - Wednesday to avoid shipping over the weekend.
