Fiocchi USA: https://www.fiocchiusa.com
Fiocchi has been our sponsor of the GunsAmerica Blog throughout the entire SHOT Show week. We are going to help them get the word out this year about their new and available “canned heat” line of ammo. They are hermetically sealed in a real can, with a dessicant pack, so they are ideal for long term storage, hunting trips into wet and sandy places, and even desert warfare. We have already used their new cowboy loads on a Cimmaron GunsAmerica Blog post recently, and we hope to go over the whole caliber availability as well (they even come in .32S&W). This video wraps up with some calibers you may not have heard of, and that is just the point. Fiocchi is the only producer of several obsolete calibers, so you can shoot and hunt with those old drillings and oddball European guns, not just look at them. It will be an exciting year for Fiocchi, and we hope to bring you more from them soon. |
I’d love to see some more options in the canned ammo line–JHP, .38 and .357, etc. But it’s a great idea and great product.
Do you sell 9mm or 7.62×39 in cold glow ammo.(Legal tracer ammo)
What is the possibility of getting true FMJ 22l.r. ammo; it’s currently made in Africa?!
do you know if
fiocchi is going to make a 5mm rem round. These guns were sold in the the early 70’s and then rem discontuined the making the ammo for this gun. There are about 53,000 of these guns out on the market now,but we as gun owners can not find ammo for this calibar making this gun obsolete.
I agree with Boyce, storage of round cans results in a lot of wasted space between the cans. Canned ammo is nothing new to the military, but that was traditionally in the “spam can” shape. That results in much less lost space. Highly recommend the refit the packaging to maximize the amount of ammo in a “can” and minimize wasted space. Otherwise, the reception may be lukewarm at best!
Great products & ammo, i must have used 15k of fiocchi shotgun carts , no problems, & good velocity, compared to the rest out there.
Thats 15,00 this year (2011)
Fantastic ! Just wish they used square cans that would take up less space and allow more items in a shelf or box.
