Mine’s been pre-ordered thru sportsman’s outdoor superstor which was linked on the hi-point website for $220 & free shipping! 🚢 I love ❤️ my hi-point .45 acp with desert digital camo & .45 super ammo for a little extra punch vs .45 ACP & can’t wait to check out the upgraded slide & grips on my new 10mm JXP!
It’s still an ugly firearm. My brother had one and got rid of it, also a co worker had one and got rid of his also. It’s very top heavy. Poor design.
I have all your guns that you make and they all shoot everything you want them to AND I WEII BUY THIS ONE AS SOON AS THEY COME OUT
I would like to see how tight it groups and a 6″ barrel. I don’t know about other jurisdictions but here, to be legal to hunt with, it needs a 6″ barrel.
Why would you want a magazine disconnect safety? I can think of some reasons I don’t want a magazine disconnect safety.
Let me try to change you’re mind:
I’ve never heard of a instance that required a final shot right in the middle of a reload.
I have heard of an instance of a police officer fighting for his gun. If he’s able to release the mag and make the gun ineffective that might just save his life.
Thoughts?
No police officer is ever going to be carrying this.
That’s not the point. The subject is a magazine disconnect, which is not specific to this pistol. Try to pay attention if you are going to respond.
Bought their 45 as my first pistol. Butt ugly, heavy as sin. Shoots REALLY straight, eats everything I feed it. If I wanted another gun with caliber I do not already own, I would have no fear buying this.
Of course, all the gun snobs will hate it. I think I will buy one. A 10mm that doesn’t cost a fortune.
Every bear with an extra chromosome is quaking in fear.
Wow – that is one butt-ugly handgun.
Interesting to see what gun enthusiasts are going to weigh in on, the pros, and cons.
Personally I like it.
