connecticut Valley Arms .45 Kentucky Rifle

This Kentucky rifle is from my collection and was bought about 23yrs ago. I purchased it from an older gentleman that had great stories about it( not sure I believed them all). I do not know much of the manufacture but believe it was made in Spain that is stamped into it. It is a .45 cap and ball design. I have shot it a few times target practcing and even took it hunting a few times. It is very accurate I can hit squirrels at 50yrds or less, but have missed deer at 200-300yrds. Barrel is about 33" and total length is 49" weight 6-8lbs. It has a glossy finish kind of like a varnish, wax or polyurethane not sure. Reserve right to end auction early if sell locally first.
