The Beretta 687 Silver Pigeon III is an over-and-under shotgun in Beretta's Silver Pigeon family, offered in a properly scaled 28-gauge layout. The model features Beretta's low-profile 680-series derived receiver and is finished with oil-finished selected walnut furniture and detailed laser engraving.
Barrels are Beretta Steelium (tri-alloy) with Optimachoke HP / MCF choke compatibility and a vented top rib; the gun uses a single-selective trigger and a tang-mounted sliding safety with integrated barrel selector. The Silver Pigeon III includes a MicroCore recoil pad and is intended for field/hunting and sporting use.
