VINTAGE 1930'S -40'S CIRCA ~ WEST-CUT STAG HUNTING KNIFE W/ SHEATH Here is a VERY NICE Vintage West-Cut hunting knife with sheath, We were told that the production date was from 1931 - 1950. It may have been used but it doesn’t look like it to me. It obviously not been sharpened. The blade has a mirror finish so it may have been polished in the past. Blade Tang Stamped - West-Cut Boulder Colo. Pat. No. 1,967,479 Handle – Very Nice 2 pin stag handle with no cracks Overall Length - 8 3/4" Blade Length - 4 5/8” x 1 ¼” Wide x 1/8’ Thick Sheath Marked – WESTERN The sheath is also in great shape for the age with no dry rot but the brass rivets have tarnish.
