98% original sporterized condition with high polish blue and walnut mannlicher stock. Execellent bore and action, 5-shot magazine. Genuine U.S. Military M-1 carbine, Underwood Serial 2,831,xxx from World War II. Now sporterized with a solid walnut mannlicher stock and hand guard. Ramp front sight and G.I. adjustable rear. Highly polished blue and polished bolt too. Stock is solid with no cracks, has normal scuffs and scrapes, one dent on the forearm, see pictures. Magazine has light rust. No rust anywhere else on this carbine. C&R license is fine on this gun in most states.
