Thompson M1 Rifle

This Auto Ordnance Thompson M1 is a semi-auto version of the famous Tommy Gun used in WWII. It fires the .45 ACP round and has a 16 1/2 inch barrel. This one has a steel receiver like the originals, not like the new aluminum models. It has a blued finish with genuine American Walnut wood. It comes with 4 - 30 round stick magazines - the original factory mag and 3 new GI mags that have all been fitted to this gun. All magazines have to be fitted to the gun - not sure why they design it like that. It also comes with a replica Kerr style khaki sling and Thompson hard case. The military version (M1) does not accept the drum magazines - this was a modification the Army made to the gun to make them easier to manufacture in war time. Own a piece of history with this amazing rifle. I bought it new, and have fired it on a couple of outings. It is in mint condition.
