Steyr 1898 6.5x53R Sporterized

6.5 x 53 R, serial number 33XXH. 24" barrel. Buttstock and forend have been cut and recoil pad added. LOP to wod 12", overall 13". Rear sling swivel is gone and hole in wood has been plugged. Stock has been sanded and refinished. Bolt number does not match. Normal blue wear on receiver, scratches on mag. Barrel shows some discoloratiion/patina. Rust showing under front sight ramp. Bore shows wear, moderate pitting but strong rifling. More photos on request.
