Springfield First Allin Conversion Model 1865 Breech Loading Rifle 58 cal Rimfire, Bore Exc, Mech Exc tight action, Wood VG has wear marks , nicks and an original 37 3/4'” Rd barrel with original sights, barrel bands, and ramrod with a swell which is a reproduction. The lockplate is a Springfield 1864 with VG plus markings. The hammer and backside of lockplate have bright case coloringl. Has original sling swivels . Metal overall has a blue brown patina finish with traces of fine pitting.
