M1D Garand, last Sniper version,SA,cartouches, USGI

No Reserve! DESCRIPTION: Original USGI M1D Garand. This is the final sniper version of the M1 Garand. Note scope mounting block forward of the receiver. Scope not included. The USGI stock has some marks and dings from active military service. Note circle P, and SA, and RA cartouches on this stock. I do not see any cracks. The forward handguard has a crack with an US Arsenal repair. It kinda has a "cool" factor. I can email serious bidders more pictures. Beautiful 95+% finish on complete trigger group. Hammer: D46008-5 SA Safety: SA 11. Op-rod: D35382 SA Bolt: D28287-12SA B4A Receiver heat lot#: D 28291 32 Serial #2884378. Made in May, 1944.
