Springfield 1873 Trap Door Rifle (.45-70)

Up for sale is a used Springfield 1873 Trap Door Rifle (.45-70). This item has a 32.5” barrel and wood stocks. Inspection with a bore scope shows light to moderate pitting, the lands & grooves are still quite prevalent and the bore still looks shiny to the naked eye. The blueing shows some light scratches and some wear in the finish as well as some light freckling. The stocks show dings & scratches in the wood as would be expected. For its age, this rifle is in nice condition.
