Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 986 Double Action Revolver serial #DDM2693, 9mm, 2 5/8” barrel with an excellent bore. The satin-finished stainless steel frame and barrel are about excellent as is the titanium seven-shot matte-finished cylinder and the hard chrome smooth trigger and hammer. The brown laminate partially-textured finger-groove grips are about excellent structurally, there is a small gap at the triggerguard and small gaps on both sides at the knuckle, likely from time in storage. The rear sight is a micro-adjustable black blade, the front sight is a red insert ramp-mounted blade. Included is the original gray factory hard case with manual and two moon clips. This arm is as-new-in-box, dealer stock, factory fired-only, and may have a very small rack or handling mark only.
