Smith & Wesson 296 Air Lite TI

Smith & Wesson Model 296 Air Lite TI Centennial Revolver serial #CDK7385, 44 Special, 2 1/2" barrel with an excellent bore. Built on the L-frame, this feather light revolver retains about 99% factory anodized finish and the titanium surfaces rate excellent with a faint turn ring on the cylinder. The smooth combat trigger has full but unremarkable case-hardened colors. The checkered rubber Uncle Mike's Boot grips rate excellent. This revolver includes the original shipping sleeve, factory cardboard box that is correctly end-labeled and numbered to the gun, gray leather covered fitted lockable jewelry case, key for the lock on the case, trigger lock with a pair of keys, manual and paperwork. (The lock on the jewelry case is not functioning). A factory disposition sheet indicates this revolver was shipped to Mr. Roy Jinks on November 27, 2007. The model 296 was only made for three years and brings strong interest from collectors, especially when they are in such fantastic condition and have the added provenance of this example.
