Sioux Beaded War Club w/ buffalo hide

I bought this at a local estate sale.  I am not a artifact collector nor am I very knowledgeable about Indian artifacts.  I have looked very closely at this item and it appears old and original to my untrained eye.  The only infromation I could get from the estate was the infromation on the collection tag (see photos).  It does come with a very nice glass fronted lockable wood display case.  The shaft of the war club is 18 1/2" long the head of the club is 4 1/2" long and the horse hair drop is 23" long.  Since the only way I have of authenticating this item is my own personal inspection I offer it with a 100% refund if it does not live up to your expectations return it for a full refund.     Satisfaction guarnteed.
