Sharps Saddle Ring Carbine

Sharps Saddle Ring Carbine New Model 1863 conversion to 50-70 cal Bore Exc, Mech Exc, Wood VG plus has wear marks and a chip on the forarm left side by the barrel band, has excellent conversion cartouche. Has an original 22” Rd barrel with original sights and has a VG plus Sharps Address and New Model 1863 markings (rare as these were removed during the conversion process) The Receiver has VG patent date markings and the Lockplate has excellent sharps and Lawrence markings. Serial#94885 , Metal overall has traces of very fine pitting with the barrel having a fading original blue finish and the receiver has traces of case coloring. Very clean crisp carbine.
