This highly customized and very unusual S&W Mod.19 frame was mated with a Colt King Cobra barrel which makes it very accurate. Commonly known as a "Smython". Built for the sport of Police Practical Combat (PPC) by a well known gunsmith back in the day named Joe Kay and serial numbered 001. Joe made PPC guns and this was his first Smython. Very accurate and has the smoothest trigger I've ever felt in a revolver. Lots of dings and marks from years of handling but I have two and it's time to let one go.
