RUGER No.1 International Manlicher Full Length Wood Stock, with short barrel, very compact design. Shoots like a dream. Target quality rifle at a factory rifle price. Consistently punches a dime, off hand standing at 50yards. Holds 1/4" groups at 150 yards prone with scope. The most accurate gun I've ever owned. The most well made, and highest precision weapon I've ever fired. Very lightly used, hunted with twice, target shot less than 5 than 50 rounds put through barrel. Some light dings and scuffs on on right side of gun. Dinged it up climbing down a rock face Mulie hunting. See pics. Did not affect function or accuracy of the gun. Defects could easily be repaired, but the gun is listed here at a substantial discount due to these purely aesthetic dings. Gun comes with original soft case, sling, Ruger scope rings, a Bushnel 1.5 - 4x 20mm mid level scope. Frankly, this gun deserves a nice compact nikon or leupold, but I never had the money to put a fitting scope on her. The Bushnel functioned fine and shot well however. Also has high precision, very precisely graduated folding open sites that shoot great. This is a great tree stand gun due to it's compact nature, and perfect balance and leveling. I killed both deer I shot at with easy shots, but honestly, the gun made me look good, and made 2 difficult shots easy. This is a single shot falling block. And believe me, with this sweet little killer, you only need one shot. Can be reloaded (lever action with shell ejector that will kick empty brass over your shoulder) and ready to retire within 3 seconds, easily. I have a 5 round shell carrier on my sling, so the next round is readily at hand. This gun is also very unique in the fact that it's an ambidextrous weapon, that can be fired routinely right or left handed, with no difference. Great gun at a great price. Very flat shooting out to 350 yards, with a 90 grain Winchester Supreme 243 ballistic tip round. And it hits hard downrange...a proven killer on thin skinned game, up tp being perfectly effective on Whitetails and Mulies. Honestly, the nicest gun I've ever owned, but I'm superticious, and I have a hard time leaving my Ruger M77 made in 1976, in 270 Winchester at home, since I've killed over 30 deer with it, and 2 elk, and 1 Mulie, only ever missed once. So, hate to see this sweet little Ruger No.1 collecting dust. Time to sell because I'll never stop using my M77 as my primary gun. Hoping it goes to a Ruger enthusist. Thanks, JAS
