They will NOT fit a Super Redhawk, or a GP-100, or the steering column on a 1959 Edsel. If your Redhawk’s serial number prefix is 502 or higher, these are period correct, because Pachmayr began putting their Lion logo panels into their grips around 1985 – 1986. This is the standard L Size Pachmayr, the first grip that Pachmayr produced for the Redhawk; they do a good job preventing wrenching under recoil, and the back strap cover on these Presentation series Pachmayrs takes some of the sting out of full magnum loads on the .41 and .44 ‘hawks.
