The item that you are considering is a new custom built M24A3 sniper rifle. This is a Remington .308 with #7 heavy barrel and recessed crown. It is set in an Accuracy International 2.0 folding stock and features a Detachable 5 round magazine. The scope is not included in the price but can be added for $1000. It is a Leupold Mark 4 M3 10X with mildot reticle. The auction is for the rifle alone. If you are the buyer of this rifle and would like the Badger Ordnance 30mm standard height steel rings then they will be $150 and if you want the Leupold mark 4 base then that will be $140. The bipod is also available for $100. The rifle is new and has only had the test round fired from the barrel so this is a new rifle. The rifle was purchased from a recent estate auction of an individual who worked in Quantico and built rifles for a living. No, this is not a stolen government rifle and is not marked US Property so it is legal to own. I will be listing more rifles and gear as I get to it.
