Remington 1889 SxS Collector Grade

Outstanding collector grade Remington 1889 12 gauge Grade 2 SxS, double triggers, pistol grip with 30" barrels made in 1890. Original case color very strong on both sides of the receiver, protected areas on receiver bottom and under the top lever. All wood has original finish in very good condition with no cracks. Barrel address is recessed in a cut out on the main rib, not stamped into rib matting on the rib extension like later guns. Stock has beautiful figure on both sides. Butt plate is almost new in appearance. Checkering is sharp and clean. This SxS's action is tight and it has excellent wood to metal fit. Bores are shiney and top & bottom ribs are tight to the barrels. This hammer gun weighs in at 7 lb 12oz and has a 14 1/4" LOP from the front trigger to the Remington butt plate and 3" DAH. Good mechanical condition. I provided a few pictures to show just what I am selling, but I have a total of 29 pictures of this beautiful SxS. Look at the pictures!
