Rare Liberty M1 Carbine 22 MMJ

Here for your viewing pleasure is a very nice M1 Carbine made into a 22 MMJ [Melvin Johnson] This is the regular carbine case necked down to .224 shooting a 50gr bullet at about 3000 fps! Wonderful little varmint rifle and, in most states, legal to use a 15-30 rd mag. Great little rifle for the missus or kids to use. NO RECOIL, accurate and pretty quiet too! Rifle was made by a guy up north and has been test fired only. I got it "in the white" and blued it and test fired it three rounds with ammo I have here for two of my own 22 MMJs I keep here for the kids/grandkids to shoot when they visit. Nice little rig with one of the old Liberty receivers. Really could do with a bit better stock but the one on it is 100% useable and no cracks, gouges etc. It comes with a brand new set of dies ready to load and rock and roll.
